News from North Missouri Chapter

|
Hello from the North Missouri
Chapter. We’ve been busy this year and the year seems to be going by in a hurry. We
have 20 Nursing Homes in our chapter. We’ve missed seeing some of our members this year and hope
that things slow down enough for everyone to join in our meetings we hold bi-monthly at different facilities.
We enjoy getting out to other Nursing Homes and seeing the changes that have been made or new additions, and friendly
residents. We do a lot of sharing of ideas and discussing things going on in our facility or recent inspections.

For those of you who didn’t
know, we said good-bye to Dawn Moore who decided to retire after all her years of service at Loch Haven and involvement in
ADAM. We miss her and wish the best.
|
|
|
This past April, Scotland
County Care Center hosted the annual Queen Pageant. And did a wonderful job!
|
|
|
We’d like to say congratulations
to our chapter’s winners this year. The Administrator of the year is Daisy Murphy from Scotland County Care Center.
Volunteer of the year is Janet Erickson who volunteers at Scotland County Care Center among other places.
Also the Activity Assistant is from Scotland County and that is Tammi Dale. The Activity Director
of the year is Sandy Ralston from Loch Haven Assisted Living Facility RCF. Volunteer group winning this
year is a group of Bingo callers from Clarence Care Center. Again we say congratulations, way to go.
